Like the other person said, they are harassing you about pressure washing the side of the house, even after you have done it. If you don't like the color of the house, too bad. It's clean. Leave it alone. There are a lot of renters here and I just say, STAY AWAY. Rent or own, HOA will harass you. Can't WAIT to get out of this HOA.
HOA will harass you for minor violations even when you fix to the best of your ability. We got harassed every week to pressure wash the siding of house. Money is tight right now so we did it ourselves and it actually looks good to the naked eye. However, we got fined and they’re threatening to fine more. So much more I could complain about the HOA. Lived there for 8 years with little to no improvements to neighborhood. It’s the same raggedy pool since my aunt was living there and that was back in 06
Do Not Rent Here!! Cobblestone Apartments children are Disrespectful and the parents are worse.
Veey nice development with a lot of houses. This is a great part of Clayton to live in
Went to a garage sale here today. Lovely neighborhood!
