Cobblestone of Kissimmee

Moved in recently and had an issue with my fridge but the office told me it would take some time to get it fixed but they are working on it. Thankfully I had Manuel come to fix something else in the apartment and I was able to mention the fridge to him. He was able to replace my fridge immediately. Really appreciate him.

I recently moved into these apartments and I’ve had a great experience so far. The place is clean, updated, and well taken care of. The front office staff was very helpful, especially Kibra, who made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. I’m happy I chose to live here and would recommend it to others.

I lived here for 3 years, left for a little, and now I am back. From Day 1 Kibra has been exceptional with helping complete any and all processes needed. Even after you move in, Kibra is always kind, accessible, and supportive. She truly is a woman of God who treats people properly. The apartments, specifically, are clean and affordable. The community is relatively quiet with the majority of the noise coming from happy kids outside playing. Great place to bring your family to be safe while you plan and save for a house.

Very welcoming place the office staff are wonderful my fiancé and I felt welcomed the minute we walk in the office. Very quiet place, very spacious, and also main stores are near which is another plus. The office manager kibra was very patient with us communicated well answered all question wasn’t a hassle very smooth process

I been living here for about 9 yrs, and I havent had any problems with gettig help in anything that happens to my appartmen. I aprecciate the help of Amafi, an the other lady with long black hair ( I always forget her name) and Manuel on every thing. Thank you.
