Cobblestone Apartments

This place is absolute trash and dangerous! Run away as fast as you can! Drug addicts and homeless people galor! I've lived here a little over a year and been robbed twice, threatened, and harassed constantly. The complex does not care and does nothing about it. No security at all. Maintenance for the grounds is non existent. All the building are falling apart. AC doesn't work properly so you always have an outrageous energy bill. Do yourself a favor and spend your well earned money somewhere deserving. Wish I could negative 5 star!

If I could give this place a -10 stars I would. I have to come on Google and write a review to get a response from a company. I would like somebody to contact me via phone and discuss this situation. I have multiple photos and videos that I’m trying to avoid bringing to the Internet, but I have proof that this place has been a horrific nightmare. Please do not make me escalate this any further. I want escalated management not somebody from this office on Pat Mell Road, I want a higher up to give me a call. Unless you want roaches rats, and a bunch of people breaking into your apartment and threatening your children with guns, do not move to this community!!!!!!!

I moved out of here about a year ago and it doesn’t surprise me that this place is still getting the crappy reviews it deserves. The current management is flaky and fake. Karina comes off as someone that really wants to help “the community” only until you realize that she wants to help herself. When it’s time to move out of your apartment try and ask them to FedEx your deposit check or send it in 2 day shipping. For some reason they thought it was smart to send off a deposit check through snail mail with no tracking number whatsoever (it had been like 6.5 weeks almost 7 weeks for me to get the check). You have to threaten to sue them, then leave Precision Management or whoever like 10 voicemails before they call you back and offer to send it through FedEx 2 day shipping. 100% WOULD NOT REC

I live in cobblestone apartment. I just wanted to take the time and speak with some honesty. Since the new manager has been there I have seen a lot of changes and efforts, I also witnessed how she got one of the residents a working stove in her apartment.she advocates for this community. The changes are and seem to be progressing . The prior manager did nothing for no one in this community. Here lately since Karina has been in management for the last 30 days I’ve seen the changes I’ve seen our neighborhood being clean And trying to make it a better and livable place for those that need a home and truly care. It’s clear to see that these negative reviews by anger people. I hope She stays and continues what she’s doing.
