Cobble Hill Apartments

Current tenant advised me the apartments were really bad before move in. The leasing office said it was not a bad area. I was supposed to move in yesterday and not only was the light cleaning (dog smell from previous tenant) and repairs not completed but there is a bullet hole in one of the windows of a bedroom...... I'm asking for all my money back today. I moved nothing in the apartment and never signed a lease.

Rat and roach infested mold everywhere never fixing anything broken appliances poor management again roaches, big roaches everywhere and mice and rats trash everywhere. Trash everywhere finds for no reason rent changes unknown never answer the phone never communicate only want money never move out here ever ever again Roaches and rats

I was supposed to move here on November 3rd I called making sure my move in date was still secure never got a call back, the day of I received an email about my date being move to the 13th which was definitely unacceptable when all they had to do was call back. I was supposed to got my deposit back within a week here it is the 22nd haven’t received my deposit back yet called corporate they’re no help! $500 ain’t a small about of money when you need to move. I shouldn’t have to wait almost a month to receive my money. Very unprofessional

First lease was spectacular. Great spacious apt, great management. After the second lease MGT changed and things went down hill. Bad about fixing things. I was accused of missing payments and when I provided documentation that I did not I didnt even get an apology. There was a string of breakins right before I left and when the victims as the MGT about the cameras he said they were deactivated. Im guessing the owners stopped caring about tenants and only about money because a lot of people aho caused trouble were allowed leases.

Full of Rats & Mold They don’t want to fix anything & will overcharge you or fine you for every little thing DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
