I selected Wallisa Cobb to sale my husband and my house in November 2013, she advised me that we would have to sale our house as a short sale. We had to provide abundant documents throughout the short sale process. She was able to get the short sale approved in approximately 4 months (March 2014). However, a few days before the sale process was going to be completed, the mortgage servicer assigned us a new staff to handle our short sale. Which would have prolonged the sale of our house.
