Cobalt Property Management

Bias denial of application. My partner and I were more than qualified for this house, and also applied not even 24 hours after it was listed. When we asked for information as to why we were denied, we weren’t given any answers. We were also told that nothing on our application raised red flags. So truly, no reason for our denial.

Drake Martin at Cobalt Property Management was very professional and attentive to our needs in assisting us with our move into our new home in a timely manner. Juliana was also very friendly and helpful with answering any questions we had about the property. Our family is happy and comfortable thank you guys at Cobalt property management.

I have lived here my 1st apartment for a couple years, I can honestly say they handle all repairs on time & efficiently. Nancy specifically has been a great help!

My experience wasn’t that great to the point that I was picked over twice when I was the first to apply. I will admit my score is lower however, but I was approved by the management company. I’m not sure why the requirements are what they are if the owners are not willing to consider them. Normally when renting a place if you are the first to be approved it would be yours, but this process makes you feel really judged when they take an application after you and consider them to be more worthy. Like if we met the same qualifications and I was first, what is the decision really being based on? ***To follow up, the response from this company to the public was definitely a bluff.
