It’s great living at Cobalt Apartments—the team genuinely cares about the residents. We live in one of the older models, and Bruce is always quick to help with our appliances whenever something comes up! The front office staff is consistently kind, professional, and incredibly helpful!

Cobalt is ideal for me after owning 4 homes because of the maintenance with painting the complex last summer and performing regular maintenance like vacuuming the vents and servicing the fire extinquishers. The office staff in Suson Burns is professional, attentive and helpful while Bruce is conscientious and cleans up after he performs services. The appliances are inspected regularly and my hot water tank for dripping and it was caught in time for a replacement. When there are problems, they are addressed by Susan and Bruce immediately. The previous manager Adrianna was unprofessional and was partial to a previous resident even babysitting her children in the office. Let's make a list of why I can't wait to get out of this complex! 1. The children in this complex are not supervised or disciplined. They run the complex after school and weekends without any regard to neighbors, leaving garbage, hitting doors, yelling, taking over the drives, etc. And if you attempt to talk to their parents they will tell you to move. Basically you will live in a playground! I have been in contact with an attorney it's so bad here. 2. The office will do absolutely nothing to help with neighborhood issues. There is a contract term in the lease that covers disturbance of neighbors, but it's not enforced. You will be left calling the cops, getting an attorney...you're on your own! 3. I have lived here at Cobalt on 32nd for 7 plus years! The property is very well kept up. They're always upgrading the property. It is a very quiet property. The pool/hot tub are always clean. The property staff Suzan leasing mgr/Bruce- maintenance are truly amazing/great humans. The units are spacious with the garage is fantastic. Cobalt on 32nd is home!

Have lived here for 6 years now, after some trouble with the previous management - I can honestly say now that the new management is just wonderful! Very helpful, keeps the community clean and tidy, quick to respond and just an overall delight! Great place to live!
