Coastline Property Management

We switched to Coastline management from another property management company in Savannah. The switch was awesome and we had forgot what AAA service was like. Coastline has a great group of local vendors (we live out of state) and they are always available. They have come up with creative solutions when needed and rented our units very quickly. I was really impressed with how they always kept our best interests at the forefront of their decision making. I would highly recommend the entire Coastline team to manage your properties. You will not regret it.

This unit had not been rented before, so there were a few issues in the beginning, however, the rental agent Ryann went above and beyond to make the experience a good one. The unit is well equipped and furnished, and this rental suited my needs perfectly. Great location, lovely small apartment.

Most amazing management ever. We were in so much trouble in the beginning we dint know how to setup georgia power… dint have American bank account because we were international students. Malory, Bethany and Jonathan helped us out. They were like our guardian angels. Apart from that the apartment was really clean and well maintained. Management had really good in solving any issue as soon as possible for them. Cant really ask for anything more they are the best.
