The absolute worst communication regarding real estate ever. They will not answer the phone. They do not respond to emails or text messages. If you are looking for a place to lease in Charleston, save your money. They will encourage you to place an application but they will not tell you whether there is an application already in place or if it's first come, first served. Their ineptitude has cost us $100 plus a week wondering whether we were accepted or not. With this level of communication avoidance, it sure makes you wonder what it would be like to lease from them and need maintenance. Maybe we actually dodged a bullet... I would avoid this group at all costs.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! We moved in with a year lease. Upon move in we found multiple things needing to be fixed. Within an hour of being there our master bedroom fan fell from the ceiling! As we continued to live there we had problems with the electricity in the other bedroom and bathroom! No one would come fix it. No communication when it comes to anything other than their rent! Which you have to drive on the other side of town to drop in a box! The neighborhood is bad two drive by shootings within a couple of days from each other! One bullet went through our truck! When it comes to move out, don’t think you getting any of your deposit back! They charged us for anything and everything! We left the house spotless! They are crooks and thieves!! Stay away..

If you want to live in a roach infested townhome, this is the place for you! My unit wasn’t cleaned prior to me moving in, I had to clean everything and pay for new toilet seats. I was told I would be given a “gift card” which I NEVER received, a month after moving in the roaches appeared, I’ve been trying to get out of this unit for months finally got the okay and nothing is available! The property management responds when they want to, I don’t know who the SLUM lord is never even met him/her! The walls are flimsy, everything needs to be repaired, would NOT recommend!!!!

I would NOT recommend renting from them. The company is very unprofessional, crooks and thieves as previously stated. I’ve rented from them four years, decided that I wanted to move gave them well in advance notice, over 30 days that I would be vacating their property. Then they want to prorate rent for days I haven’t even been occupying the unit. I returned keys to the unit on the 3rd of June and they are charging me up to the 18th of June. Regular old crooks. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!!!

Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. You can't go wrong with their company. Quick to answer questions and process any maintenance requests. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
