I cannot say enough good things about Michelle Deluca at Coastal Rentals-she has managed our condo as if she personally owned it. She is a wonderful communicator and has the highest integrity as well. The condo is always kept in immaculate condition and she is extremely attentive to not only our needs as owners, but also the needs of all of our renters. If you are looking for someone who you can place complete trust in as a property manager and to put your mind at ease, look no further than Michelle.

We started out with a great relationship, but unfortunately, the departure process after deciding to purchase our own home was extremely disappointing. While our full experience is too lengthy to detail here, I can say it was marked by a lack of professionalism and poor communication. Despite fulfilling our lease obligations—paying rent for the remaining three months even after moving out to avoid leaving the owner without income—we were still charged thousands of dollars for alleged “damages” without prior notice or explanation. These unexpected deductions from our account were not discussed with us beforehand, which made the situation even more frustrating. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to others.

Coastal Rentals went over and above to match us to the perfect property. I would highly recommend them if you are searching to rent property. Michelle went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible. She is extremely responsive and truly does her best to meet your needs.

My husband and I own property in Sun City Hilton Head Island that we lease out through Coastal Rentals HHI. Our long term tenant recently moved on, leaving us with a large list of repairs and refurbishments required before we could put it back on the rental market. Michelle Deluca and Donna Martin from Coastal Rentals, went way above expectations to assess what was needed, identify qualified local workmen, coordinate carpet selection and installation, oversee painting, plumbing repairs, window washing, etc.And best of all, they identified a new tenant and a new lease was signed in a little over a month from the day the last tenant vacated! Outstanding work!

Coastal Rentals HHI managed our second home and our tenant for 3 years while we lived 5,000 - 10,000 miles away. It was a great experience, because of our property manager, Jeannie Hughes. Jeannie worked with our tenant during installation of new windows, she scheduled replacement of our exterior house trim during our HOA's neighborhood paint project, and most importantly she became my trusted Lowcountry friend. I never worried about our home because Jeannie was responsive, communicated clearly with us and I knew she was taking care of our property. Our tenant told me that she preferred working with Coastal, over her current property management company and that says a lot. I was impressed with Coastal's maintenance pro, Joe who is a true craftsman, and Steven Wood who manages Coastal was
