Coastal Property Management

We have been with Coastal Property for nearly 10 years. The last 3 years we have worked closely with Mino Pierre as our personal property manager. Mino is always friendly, patient and on task with our small community. Recently we have been going through extensive renovation, roofs, balcony restoration, road updates, painting and lighting… I don’t think it can get any more complex. Mino has kept our board on point to complete each of these projects. Her insight and direction has been invaluable in this process. Not only has she shown us the utmost of professionalism but she is always available to advise and has kept a smile and positivity through the occasional difficult turns. With Mino and CPM on our team we can confidently navigate our communities future.

I've owned my company going on 25 years I have dealt with hundreds of property management companies And have been working with Stephanie Brienza from PGA national and she is top notch, if there's a problem with any unit, she is on it immediately and we get it done immediately.p Stephanie makes it that easy. Coastal Property Management is definitely a company that gets it done.

they took over Cample property some months ago ,, I never received any letter or email or phone call, when I called tehm. they said the welcome package was sent back?? even they have the right address, they said email was sent which I keep searching in all my folders and I did not get. since the are new management compony my autopay was stop , now the collection atterny wants to charge me extra for something that was not my fault. I have bussiness and would never do that to my clinents. Ethical action would be just charging me what I owe but where is ethics with any HOA mangment company. I hired an attrony for this and going after them.

Minou is such an amazing person to work with. She is helpful and always ready to assist in anyway we can. I recommend this company for all your property management needs.

I live at River Pine in Stuart.. I recently have had a financial upset and the Board and in particular, Donna Keller, the Property Manager have been so gracious and accommodating, as I struggle to get ahead. Any interaction is met with, care understanding and mutual respect. Donna is on top of all matters and I highly recommend Coastal Property Management.
