We’ve had the pleasure of working with Keith and Tina in a few different ways. My husband has done a lot of work on their properties over the years, and I’ve helped with cleaning their listings. As a real estate agent myself, I really appreciate how professional, kind, and easy to work with they are. Keith & Tina (of Coastal Home Advisors) did a superb job selling my mother's condo. They helped every step of the way, including checking up on my mother occasionally and bringing flowers to make sure she was ok. They were very professional and gave us excellent advise on timing, pricing, prepping, and which offer to accept. Since I was in Minnesota and my mother needed a little help with selling & moving, this made the whole process much easier for me too. They even helped with getting a few things fixed, as well as where to donate/dispose of things that my mother did not want to take with her.
