Coastal Bend Association of REALTORS

My husband and I moved to Corpus from Connecticut. While in CT we searched Realtor.com and every place we liked one name kept popping up: John Dunne. I reached out to him directly and was so glad I did!! We spoke on the phone and we instantly knew we were in good hands! We took a trip to meet him and look at houses. We found the perfect home and as we started the process and went back home, he assured us that he would be the “boots on the ground” in Corpus and he came through!! This man showed not only professionalism, but compassion, empathy and just all around niceness!! Thank you for everything John!!

Always use a REALTOR when buying or selling property. Great association sith dedicated volunteers and staff. Happy to have been a member for 26+ years.

The organization states a 50% reimbursement for blue iBoxes. I submitted one in March and, despite numerous weekly follow-up calls, I eventually received a bad check that would not clear for less 40% after nearly 5 months, not the promised 50%. Additionally, in March, another agent wrote and signed listing agreements for properties I had Active listed in the MLS. Despite reaching out to Brian three times and sending multiple emails, none of my attempts were acknowledged. This conduct is concerning and does not reflect the expected standard of operation for Realtor Associations.

This Board ROCKS!!! I had a great time with my colleagues at CCAR and congratulate each of them on their journey to earn the GRI designation. I was excited to learn this Association has the latest technology for live AND broadcast education! Thank you all for being such consummate hostess.

Great place to get local market reports and they are always helpful to membership. The staff and volunteers make it a great association to be part of.
