Recently moved on the property. Was initially discouraged how things went they day i received my keys. Took about 2 weeks to complete some work orders that i wanted done before i fully moved in. Spoke to property manager (Lloraye) about my concerns and she sent someone over right away. Joel Capati came over to fix one item, but when i mentioned the other items i was trying to get fixed he did not hesitate to take care of them that day and ensured I was satisfied. I appreciated the thoroughness he displayed to ensure everything was taken care. Joel even asked how i felt about the property so far and if there was anything i thought that could use improvement. The conditions throughout this building are unacceptable and dangerous. There is extensive mold present in multiple areas, creating serious health risks that must be addressed immediately by licensed professionals. In addition to the mold, there are several severe safety hazards, including: • Holes in the bridge/walkway structure • The men’s bathroom being used for smoking • Exposed and hanging electrical wires and lighting • Neglected maintenance and unsafe infrastructure These issues violate basic health and safety standards and have been ignored for far too long. They must be corrected without delay. Temporary or superficial fixes will not be accepted. I’ve been living at Coastal Bay Apartments for almost two years, and during this time I’ve had a serious mold issue in my unit (Apt 1606). I reported it many times and sent several emails, but management never fixed it properly. The mold has affected my health and even caused skin issues for my dogs. After giving them multiple chances and written notice, I’ve decided to move out. Since the apartment is unsafe to live in and I followed all proper notice steps, they have no legal right to charge me after I leave. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled

Miss Edith was so helpful and knowledgeable! We had to change our move in date and she did it cheerfully and with a smile. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked on the property.
