I’m so thankful for our new management team! It’s amazing how Tyler has fixed so much in short time of about 6 months when previous management had years! Tyler is so kind and makes me feel heard with kindness and respect! And shout out to our exceptional maintenance guys “Ricky and Emanuel” for the many changes to upgrade our living situations/apartments but ESPECIALLY for getting our pool running right on time! FINALLY AFTER BEING CLOSED FOR YEARS!

Great place, staff has changed over the last 3/4 years I lived here but current manager Tyler is wonderful! Very attentive to the property and cares about tenants. Ricky & Emanuel are just as great! They even got our pool back up and running this year!

Management transitions aren’t the easiest, but in the 6 months Tyler has been manager, there have been a number of changes for the betterment of this property. In the two years I’ve been here, I’ve submitted many many work orders in regard to my AC blowing warm air and making my apartment hotter, which, in Oklahoma summers is a common problem. I submitted one last night and Tyler was knocking on my door first thing in the morning. He was followed shortly by one of our awesome maintenance techs, and then two HVAC specialists to do a thoroughly inspection. We need to fully replace the AC, which Tyler had ordered within three hours after his visit and should arrive on Friday! This truly is a miracle as we get into the hottest days. I’m so grateful for Tyler’s prompt response and assistance. A

Before Tyler and a new maintenance crew, Emmanuel, And Ricky took over the place was an awful mess as far as plumbing goes. I have lived here for a year and the swimming pool, Has been closed since I moved in. I’m happy to say that as of today are swimming pools open !The privacy gate was falling to pieces, and I am noticing that a lot of it is being fixed. Tyler is one of the nicest managers I have ever had and the maintenance crew is five star.

Tyler , Ricky , Emanuel are a great staff far better than anyone that's been here before and I have been here for the last 10 years. I appreciate their hard work and we finally have our pool open thanks mg.
