CMI Association Management

Nikki is fairly new to our community. She joined us about the time of Mike's passing. She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also efficient and so very pleasant to deal with. So glad to have her as our CMI property manager!

Working with Nikki has been very smooth and she helps us stay on top of our community's priorities and goals. CMI brings great value to our HOA board.

Like to give a high rating as Bonnie Brown has stepped in and achieved great accomplishments after our previous manager left . In just 3 months she showed up to meet with a vender with less then 12 hrs notice and accomplished the task we need ready for upcoming board meeting for Village of Decker Oaks . Great job performance by Bonnie Brown .

Shout out to Bonnie Brown for all her prompt responses and follow up with all the issues we have been needing addressed .. We were worried after Mike Hughes passed away as he was always a voice of reason and comfort for us at CMI . Now Bonnie has taken over in that position for us and continues to offer us spoort help and guidiance with all that we need done for our home managed by CMI . Bonnie is the best Property Manager ever! She goes above and beyond! She is very professional,courteous,and tenacious. Any property would be fortunate to have her. I highly recommend her! She’s THE BEST!
