I have rented with them for over two years now and they have been absolutely amazing! They have worked with me when I fell upon hard times and as long as you communicate with them, they will do anything possible to help!! Any maintenance request I put in have been handled very quickly as well. The ladies in the office are very friendly and again, will def work with you as king as you communicate.

They do not service maintenance request at all. My microwave has not worked since I moved in back in October it is now January. The ladies that work there never give status updates and when they do they lie about the work order. Also their office is always closed. I wish Killeen had other realtors available when I pcs here. I do not recommend this company at all. Update 5 months later and my microwave still hasn’t been fixed. Update I’ve been living here an ENTIRE year and my microwave still doesn’t work. Oh yeah but they raised my rent $100.

Omg Sylvia was soooooo nice polite friendly and respectful I really enjoyed chatting with her and i actually loved one of the properties i viewed I think I made my decision lol because of her and the property thank you so much 😁

I have been without water in my apartment for a month and a half and unable to live in it. I was on the phone with them and or the plumbing company every other day and it still was not fixed they both came up with different excuses every day. When I left my apartment the water pipe still had not been fixed.

The absolute worse! They don't care if the tenant allows someone to live with them without being on the lease. The have a lease contract that says it's not allowed, but they allow it. Very rude when answering the phone, I recommend anyone else but them.
