I am a newer resident and I wanted to take time to state that I have enjoyed living on the property thus far. I had a good leasing experience and Erika and Crystal were great. The resident service team is very polite and responds really fast. Alexis, Ilene, Susan, and Kathy are always extremely helpful.

I visited the leasing office on January 15 during business hours to surrender possession and return my keys. Unfortunately, the interaction was unproductive. Staff declined to accept the keys, did not provide clear written guidance on next steps, and the conversation felt unnecessarily tense rather than procedural. I expected clarity and direction, but instead experienced confusion and a lack of resolution. Written guidance and a more neutral, solution-oriented approach would have made the process much smoother.

Clyde Morris Landings has definitely become better over this past year. There has been major improvements here. The office has addressed all my concerns, at least the ones they could control and if they couldn’t they have pointed me in the right direction. Maintenance has addressed all my house issues and there is never a long stretch of a wait. There are less kids running around, and the patrol and police interactions have increased in a positive aspect. So thank you Clyde Morris for knocking things off the list one by one. You guys are doing a great job making it safer here and doing what you can to control what you can.

Let me start by saying I am NOT a resident, however I am a caregiver for one. Let's start with management my client has been complaining about his unit for months now. I know because I did the complaint for him. The insects are HORRIBLE. I took ot upon myself to call working to come and spray. Next the kids out there are beyond disrespectful and the parents are no where to be found. My client was outside waiting on transportation and these kids harassed him so bad he doesn't want to wait out anymore. We said something to management and nothing. The amount of Marijuana smoke can kill an elephant not to mention someone with COPD. Of and don't even try calling the office you will only get frustrated. Most of the elderly people that I have spoken with want out of there. PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP

If you are a resident at this apartment come and you are sick of the crime and the mistreatment of residence please contact your local news outlets WESH,, FOXNEWS or any outlet. These people have came into town built these apartments only to get rich and not give 2 cares about what happen to the residents. Elderly people are afraid to leave their home due to the on going violence. Lyft drivers won't even come go out there. Amazon workers have quit because they refuse to deliver out there. It's sad and it seems as if the people are on their own no help from the city the one who voted for this. Children are not being watched. These young men harassing neighbors, cars being towed illegally and NOBODY IS DOING A DAMN THING. Derrick Henry (Mayor) where are you and what are you doing. If you lo
