Clubway Apartments

It doesn’t even deserve 2 stars. I’ve tried to get an apartment a couple months ago with them and the women who work inside have the NASTIEST attitudes. Especially during Covid. I would NEVER try renting from these people again just by that alone! Discrimination at its finest

I would like to thank Mrs Talibah and all the staff. They were excellent, they all have amazing attitudes. Mrs Talibah worked so hard on getting my apartment ready and she won't regret it. Mrs Talibah has such a pleasant attitude and she worked hard to get me in and my rent will always be paid on time. Thank y'all so much!!!

This is the worse place to stay at. There are roaches everywhere.there are sewer and feces coming out of the ground . The pipes are rusty under the ground and when one of the tenants called the following agencies fire Marshal because her smoke alarm has not been changed since 2009 and it was checked and did not work ..code enforcers and other agencies along with the city counsel they begin to retaliation against her. having her apt raid and they found nothing illegal in her house and her children were there. It could have went another way if the officers were mean but after looking and realizing that this was a retaliation against calling the agencies they apologize to her. There will be an investigation into a false claim that was madeagainst her and they will be punished accordingly

Mrs. Kelly in the front office is amazing. She has done more for this property than any other property manager has. I'm proud to be a resident at Clubway

I've been a tenant here for a little while now and in the beginning they got me in super quick which was amazing because I didn't have a lot of time left in my previous home. Since I've been here the staff has been nothing short of amazing. Brittney, the property manager, is so great at what she does. The way she handles situations calmly but also the way she communicates is 👌🏼. The maintenance guys are also super professional and really respectful! I recently had an issue with my bathroom ceiling and they came in, did what needed to be done AND got it done in a timely manner(it wasnt a small issue and they handled it perfectly) ALSO, when I was home with the maintenance man while he was working in the bathroom I felt very comfortable. Which is big to me, he didn't make me feel weird or aw
