Club at Stone Oak Apartments

The apartments are in a very convenient location . There is everything you need right in the area , the apartment itself is very spacious and we really enjoy living in this area . Unfortunately The Club at Stone Oak is poorly managed and maintained. The grounds are dirty , most of the grass area there is no grass, it’s only mud , the gates brake every other week and they don’t care , they don’t do anything about it . It takes weeks and weeks to be fixed to just break again .. there are 2 entrances and one back gate . The back gate is permanently closed . The other 2 are simply broken for more than a week now. We have had several break ins and cars were damaged .. And when you come to the office to complain about it , they simply say they can’t do anything about it , other than, have the ga

Lived there for a year, amazing experience. Just the parking is a bit of issue, but it’s not really a problem. Normally once you leave management does not respond for anything. Once we left (just a month back), for every email management had responded on time and without any failure. In case of any issues (maintenance), they send the technician very promptly. Amazing stat even if it was a short period of time. Thank you so much team !!

Apartment Life has been so Amazing here! Through Apartment Life we met our neighbors and over time they made us Godparents! Thank you Club at Stone Oak and Ana at Apartment Life for always putting together awesome events for community to gather, grow, and be Blessed!

Took 5 days to get the work order completed, which meant no hot water in the apartment the entire time. Maintenance also left a mess after the work was done and broke a wall plug-in.
