The water doesn't work in the washing machine I installed, kids screaming and playing anywhere that ISNT the park. LOTS AND LOTS of roaches in the building I live in. Had to replace these old A/C filters multiple times, leaky pipes under the kitchen faucet. I have to hand wash the dishes because I'm too scared to try the dishwasher again because the first time I opened it it had a ton of bugs and it was stained or something, so now I'm just scared of that and I avoid it like the black plague. I can't wait to move out because I genuinely can't handle the amount of bugs and just gross stuff everywhere. Popcorn ceilings that randomly chip off, the roaches have so many crevices they crawl into. And they can, for some reason, go UNDER THE CARPET. if you like having bugs, dust, wooden floors tha

Highly recommend this place, its been a good experience. The office staff is great to work with and responsive to requests/questions. The complex is quiet during the late hours and peaceful during the day.
