If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Before I even signed the lease, I informed them that the toilet in the duplex I was considering was constantly running. I told them again when I signed the lease and also wrote it on the sheet they have you fill out with things that are broken or damaged on the property. It took them almost a month to get a plumber out to fix it. The realty covers part of my water. Last week, I got a bill for the month the toilet was running, saying I owed for the overage. I reminded them that the toilet had been running before I even moved in. The lady just recalculated the bill and said that actually, I owed even more than what they had originally told me. She then asked if I had just written the problem on the sheet or if I actually told them too.

This is the worst leasing experience ever. I've been putting in work orders for a preexisting problem for the longest. The lady at the front desk would write it down and noone would show. They do not offer auto draft as a form of payment which can be an inconvience for a busy or forgetful person. The late fees are outrageous if you are late.If you decide to use them, carefully read your lease as they would make you pay for certain things that may go wrong with the property. I am concerned that because the issues weren't fixed,they would say I caused them and my deposit would not be returned.Update... We ended up getting less than half of our $1000 deposit after being charged for 3 years of normal wear and tear. Do not. I repeat, do not rent from this company if you could help it.

I would strongly recommend anyone who uses this company to think twice. Horrible experience!! Moved into a filthy house...cleaned...moved out....cleaned it, left one item in fridge....they charged me 100.00 to have someone clean house. Mind you the yard and house was a mess when possession was taken and clean and yard done when moved out. However they charged me over 359.00 to have yard and house cleaned. I will strongly recommend you to look elsewhere. And when I discussed this with them, I was blew off. In fact, the house needed a lot of work. And they blew me off on that too. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Rent from someone who actually is honest and follows through. They do not allow joint walk throughs...which makes it easy for them to lie and take pictures of

Our first time renting and we were so excited. I was 2 months pregnant. The house was not cleaned at ALL. We agreed to clean it ourselves with deposit deduction. Made them sign ON the lease that they would shampoo carpets because they were incredibly dirty, that never got done, because "we never called to ask for it". We went without central air because they didn't want to buy the $800 piece it needed, claimed we took the house as is. Stove didn't work. I couldn't cook, had to go buy my own stove because every time I complained they sent someone and they messed with it and said it worked but it didn't. The oven didn't even work. The bathroom had black mold growing so they came and painted over it. It came back...shocker. Then there was a plumbing problem NEXT DOOR (duplex) and they "fixed

i repeatedly informed them the current tenants had destroyed my landscaping and to charge them when they moved out. they didn't. when i found out, they sent me older pics saying those pics were the condition of the house when they took over (falsifying reports). saying there was never landscaping, i sent them my pics and pics from the local tax assessor office showed the landscaping. instead of doing the right thing, they said a clause in the contract i signed with them exempts them from negligence of managing the property. that may be the case, but it doesn't prevent you from doing the right thing. never sign with these people. ever.
