If I could put zero stars, I would. DON'T EVER RENT THROUGH CLOVER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!! You will be sorry. First off, it's a $65 non-refundable fee for each adult potential tenant just to APPLY, plus another $30 non-refundable for each pet. I actually think it was more for my dog, but I can't remember the exact amount. Even the dog's application was pages long asking for his medical history, proof of regular veterinary care and all vaccines up to date, upload pictures of him, plus another $250 tagged onto the rent IF the dog is approved. That's just for each animal. If you have another adult applying, like I said it's an additional $65 for their separate application. EACH individual MUST pass Clover's qualifications as if you alone were paying the rent, which is income at a minimum of 2/3

One of the better places to go through to rent an apartment. Very nice and polite office staff. Along with very friendly and polite people you can trust to be in your apartment when things need fixed or need to be replaced. Everyone that they have working for them whether it's an electrician or plumber and any other service people they have working for they are so very nice and kind always greet you with a smile and never leave until the job is done right and is completely done. I just want to give a shout out to my main man Sam who works for Clover Property Management he is the best at getting things done fast and right away and even in some cases gets the right people to you within hours. Thank you very much Sam for everything.

Take pictures before you rent from these people! I was charged for a crack in the ceiling that was brought to their attention during the walk-thru before I even moved in. When pointed out, I was told that someone would come out to take a look at it. They DID come out and look at it and they determined that it was structurally sound and it would be fine. When I moved out, they blamed me for my "heavy" furniture that wasn't even near that spot in the center of the room. Part of my security deposit was kept to repair it. Very unprofessional.

Carpet was over 14 yrs old & past its time to be replaced. They decided to sell the property so I was forced to move out. I left 1 month before the new owners moved in however, my supposed security deposit ended up going towards the month that was vacant. $690 went to carpet cleaning & that should say something. We had pets however, the previous owners pets were the issue due to deficating on floors, carpets etc. I have been at a new location & haven't had any pet accidents. I would also like to mention when we moved in to our duplex the owner decided to "paint the main floor." He brought a friend & beer needless to say they did a very bad job of painting & fixing anything. I would not recommend Clover Realty/Larry Klaussen for any property. He is a typical slum landlord who will tell you

I don’t know why all this people Hating on this Company I Had a Great experience with this Company my Rent is Really Low and I’m Happy in my one Bedroom one Bathroom apartment. Remember something it’s always better than nothing.
