Clover Hills Apartments

I got a matching tattoo with my best friend then a tongue piercing at Clover. They were so kind and supportive. I was talked all the way through it. Ty- the piercer I had, had been in the industry for 7+ years! And Derek- the tattoo artist, had been in the industry for 14+. Absolutely amazing, highly recommend!

- Place constantly floods from less than a few cm’s of water (on the ground floor) and will flood damn near the whole apartment. (My worst problem I have with this place as it happens every single times it rains like every time, no exaggeration) - Spiders and other pests are constantly popping up nearly every night. - the neighbors are loud and obnoxious especially when your on the bottom floor and hear them purposely stomp on your ceiling, and they trash up the place really bad. - the plumbing has problems about a couple ever few weeks especially for my roommate who has the master bedroom with the half bathroom (only has a toilet) which unfortunately for him backs up or has a plumbing issue all the time but has calmed down lately. The only good thing I can say about this place is that

Apartment is held together by duck tape and a prayer and is borderline unlivable. Problems: -Vents fall off randomly -air conditioning stopped working -floods if theres more than inch of rain and by floods i mean almost 90 percent of the apartment floods even the interior rooms away from windows and outside doors. -Ceiling and walls are paper thin. -a lot of plumbing issues -if you run the dishwasher and rhe microwave the fuse blows This is all within 7 months of living here The only good thing I can say is that the maintenance guys, mainly Joe and management are friendly but unfortunately friendly doesnt mean livable. If you want a roommate in the form of the maintenance guy then this is the place for you.

While the manager is very nice, the place is not very safe. It floods, as well. Be sure to have renters insurance. The rules about dogs are really great. They're trying to keep it clean. Tenants can be rude and no consequences. The carpet is dark enough that it doesn't set you up for failure. The two bedroom is nicely laid out and convenient.
