We had such a great experience working with Anija throughout our apartment search process. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive to what we were really looking for. She answered all of our questions, guided us through every step, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. What we appreciated the most was how she truly listened to us and helped us choose the apartment we genuinely wanted, not just any option. She was supportive, responsive, and always made sure we felt confident in our decision. We’re so grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend Anija to anyone looking for a new apartment!

I had the opportunity to have a wonderful tour with Oni. Not only was she extremely professional but her energy was so genuinely enthusiastic. The property is beautiful very clean. Everyone that came in she greeted them with a smile and took her time to offer everyone coffee. The apartment layouts i was in love at first sight with everything i saw. If you're looking for a new home this is definitely the property for you and it's close to lots of nice restaurants and fun things to do. Im so excited 😊

I toured with the leasing agent Anija. She was very nice and pleasant from the moment I came in. She offered me water and any other snacks available. She took the time to explain all apartments. I explained to her I work from home so an area for that is needed and she didn’t hesitate to give me a few options! Will be recommending her to my friends as well!

My roommate and I were very pleased with The Clover community and Leasing agents, especially Anija Ferguson. We were greeted super fast upon arrival even though we set an appointment the day of. Even though we had only spoke briefly on the phone with Anija about our apartment wants and needs, when we arrived, she had already done research on available units and pricing. She proceeded to give us multiple options and guided us through any questions we had. We then began the tour where we were shown the amenities and 2 available units. We never felt rushed or like we had too many questions. It was one of the best apartment tours we had ever experienced. We hope to move in soon and if not, it is at the top of our next move options!

Lived here for 2 years and enjoyed the location. The apartments are decent for the price, but we did experience some light flooding from the apartment above us that was vacant… However, it was quickly resolved. This apartment was close enough to be able to walk to Braves games, running trails, and a quick commute to work so it was convenient. Never had any issues with residents or the staff. My only complaints were the flooding, gate is broken often, and trash fills up pretty quick.
