Closer Home Inspections

Christopher provides an excellent home inspection. I attended the inspection with my contractor and he actually commented to me how thorough of a job Christopher was doing, The property was occupied. He used a drone to take pictures on the roof and chimney. He was not hesitant to remove all the stuff people cram under their sinks to examine the water lines and drain pipes. Discovered a mold problem inside the HVAC system and was able to produce the report within 24 hours of the inspection. Showed up early, answered all questions, and very pleasant personality. Fair price and great service.
