I had a somewhat complex title issue involving multiple legal filings and judgments that could have easily delayed or derailed the sale of my property. Thankfully, CLOSED Title and especially Daniel Gitlin handled everything with professionalism, clarity, and care. Daniel was compassionate, personable, and always available to answer questions and guide me through the process. Despite the challenges, he ensured we got to the closing table smoothly and on time. His knowledge and attention to detail gave me peace of mind in what could have been a stressful situation. I’m incredibly grateful for the support and service I received. When I needed help with questions about the closing process and was able to reach my closing agent Melissa Castillo, my first impression on the phone was that she was distracted, dismissive and disinterested in helping me understand the process and addressing my questions and needs. She seemed to be in hurry to attend to other things. When it came time to close she actually provided the wrong paperwork to the closing table to be signed in front of an official legal notary, myself, my agent and the loan officer. She botched literally the one important thing she was being paid to do. Her error also cost me $600 which closed LLC refuses to take professional and legal responsibility for. I would never recommend CLOSED LLC base on my experience with Melissa Castillo ineptness and CLOSED LLC lac

I would like to thank Alexandria, Vice President of closed tidal. She closed on a house that I recently sold and the process was so easy. I never had to leave my home. She called me around noon on Monday. To let me know that she was ready for the closing. The very next day she had someone out at my house. That was a notary to take care of the paperwork.
