Clinton House Apartments

God awful. Finally got my grandparents out of there after 7 years. Their maintenance requests were never handled [even after years of repeat requests] and they kept trying to tell my grandparents that they were behind on rent! After investigation, it turns out that they were never behind at all! They wouldn't come to handle any maintenence tickets, but they'd come put false late notices on their door! They milked my grandparents for all they had and left them to rot in an apartment with water damage from the upstairs unit and no locks on their door with no signs or plans to fix any of it. They did eventually apologize for the fake late notices but I think it's far too late for that. Absolutely disgraceful. Wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Reasonable rent prices and the apartments are very spacious. Maintenance requests were always responded to promptly and we had no issues living there. A very good housing option!
