Cline Homes

We built our house ten years ago. They were good to work with long distance. warranty repairs done quickly. After the warranty, we replaced leaky French door. We also fixed roof flashing on part of the roof due to poor installation.

We bought a Cline home a month ago. They seem to be a quality builder. So far the communication/responsiveness, though, has been less than desired. We've also run in to more overages than we expected. We'll continue to update this review as the build progresses. We're optimistic that we'll hit our stride and a 5 star review will follow. 10 wk update: So surprised at lack of visibility into the build progress and lack of communication overall. Example: we were promised bi-weekly updates repeatedly. We should have received 5 by now and we've NEVER received a single one. When I most recently followed up, the owner replied, "if you need an update I'll be happy to get on the phone with you to discuss the status of your project". I'm sure the house will turn out just fine. But as $1.2M house

Best builder in Charleston for the money. You can't get the level of quality for the price that Jeff & Scott Cline provide. Incredible customer service and design make Cline Homes the perfect new construction package.

Don't order the salmon, it was cooked like a brick. service was very slow waited over a half hour for our overcooked fish
