Absolute con. Couldn’t care less about their clients well being once they have a sale. From the arrogance of the owner, the agent lying to us and the owner, to being told that we would “hold up closing” if we got an inspection, to being advised to not worry about things because “the disclosure will tell us” by our agent. It seemed like the seller, seller agent and the cons at Clinch were all in on screwing us together so they could make a sale. The original lender that we were told we are using was rude to us, especially my finance’. We were always on their time and hurry, hurry up and get what we ask for and don’t ask questions, just do. Even the title place they wanted to use has had legal issues for fraud and money. That makes sense though. I would not recommend Clinch Reality or ANYO

Janet Turney is by far the best realtor you can ask for she is so helpful, and flexible with hours. She goes above and beyond the help her clients big or small just an all around great person. I personally as long as she is working will never choose another realtor besides Janet
