Clifton Springs Apartments

I have Lived here for some time, Not a Bad Place when I moved in But now with the new management "two plus four property management" the property is fast becoming a slum, "two plus four property management" Is negligent and Derelict in their duty's, They In most cases refuse to do maintenance on the property or the Apartments leaving it up to the tenants to fix what goes wrong in the apartments, The parking lot has Craters in it and will destroy a vehicle or break bonze if you fall into one, In addition if all that was not Trouble enough This Management Company has Just awful communication, If the owners of this property read this you need to fire this company and hire a management company that knows what they are doing before you don't have a property left to Manage. Visited an acquaintance there. Fairly decent. Kitchen sink overflowed several times. Very loud neighbors. Not 💯 percent bad. Livable

Have lived here for many years. Since new management has taken over(about 2years now) the place has steadily declined. Office management is uncaring and not truthful. The upkeep has declined with dead trees, deteriorating and dangerous sidewalks, and driveway that puddles and ices over.(promised repair for many years but has not been done.) Maintenance problems are not addressed promptly and many apartments have mold issues. Many residents are frustrated with the response of management and our “community “ is suffering. This is unfortunate since the apartments have always been nice.

Seen a friend there and the place looked nice all except for the dead grass all the way around the place seeing it was due to a very drought summer I imagine it would look very nice around there if we had some rain but very respectable tenants

You're okay but again I'm from Rochester Irondequoit so it's kind of out of the way I just work there painter
