Condescending, incompetent and rude are just a few adjectives to describe my experience. The management company was recently sold, but sadly still has major issues. They manage a small homeowner's association where I own a home. The past and present owners of Clifton have an authority problem. Neither owner comprehends that I, as a homeowner, employ them to make my life better. They act like they are my landlord and I, their twenty year old tenant. That's not how it works in the service industry.

We are into our second year with Clifton. Sherry brings professionalism and knowledge to our board meetings. The entire staff works to handle any issue thrown at them asap,

Clifton Management is the best . They have a very professional staff in dealing with all kinds of property issues. Sherry Clifton and her staff have been in busy for many years managing many properties in this area. Highly recommended. *****

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Multiple calls never returned. They don’t even know how their own payment portal works. This doesn’t even begin to mention the conditions of the landscaping of our community. Finally got the manager on the phone and she had an attitude immediately and couldn’t have been any less helpful.

Worst management company I've ever dealt with. Don't do what there suppose to do. Don't return phone calls. Nothing is their responsibility. When it is their responsibility they procrastinate. Tenant has been with out water for 12hours and they said several times they were sending out someone to fix it. Never happen.
