Cliffs at Barton Creek

We truly appreciate all the support and assistance you’ve provided during the past three years of our stay. The Cliffs at Barton Creek has been the best community we’ve ever lived in. The property staff have always been incredibly friendly and helpful, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. It has been a wonderful experience for our family, and I will gladly recommend this community to friends in the future.

The only good thing about this place is the view. I pay extra every month for a downtown view. The company they hire to do the outside grounds work did not keep up with it the way they should so the bushes grew way over my windows and I had no view for two months. I spoke with 3 of the leasing woman including the manager who and no one has gotten back to me. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I NEVER RECIEVED. THATS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND STEALING!! Someome needs to settle this with me ASAP! No one ever answers the phone. This has been the worst apartment I have ever dealt with when it comes to the front staff. First photo is the view I should have second photo shows how much the bush grew to obstruct my view. Not only is rent raising which is ridiculous cause I feel like we live in a gh

We contacted a leasing office representative when we were looking for housing. Her name is Ryleigh McInerley, and she's a true professional. She explained everything clearly and understandably, quickly found options, and showed us available apartments. She was very polite and professional, leaving a very good impression.

Highly recommend Cliffs for a place to live from the management always quick response time, efficient interactions, genuinely caring for their residents , and overall the vibes from the location is definitely a seller. Amenities center with a pool is always great. Also, did anyone think that the mall is not even a walk away to get all your holiday or gift shopping done quickly !

Barton Creek Apartments is a great place to live. The location, the management, and the views are incredible and affordable to Austin’s fast moving market. These apartments are renovated and although not brand new offers an established feel with long term loyal tenants. This community feels like a neighborhood with is unique design and layouts. Of course some negative reviews reflect some unfortunate situations but as someone who has spent a lot of hours touring apartments in Austin this is top of list when considering value, location and the office staffs willingness to work through situations with tenants. 100% would recommend to friends and family.
