I would leave zero stars if that was an option but sadly it’s not. He doesn’t even deserve this. The owner Chris of Cliff property management is one of the most disrespectful landlords I’ve ever had to work with as a renter. He’s very condescending to women and everything has to be an argument. He will not have a civil conversation with anyone. He will not be willing to come to a compromise over situations. He will argue if you need something fixed stating that it’s your responsibility when as a renter is not, I’d understand if it was something that I broke, but it’s something that broke in the home because it just stopped working and that is not my responsibility to fix. Outstanding I’ve been at one of the rentals for nine months now. Everything is kept clean and up-to-date I had an electrical issue and they came out and fixed it There was a small problem and they came right out again and got it put together, right Fast and friendly, which is a plus when you’re a renter person Chris will go out of his way To accommodate you. Jeff is knowledgeable and quite funny It’s a very nice apartment and I am very happy that I was allowed to come here and live. I suggest this place to anyone Keep in Peace

Cliff Property Management has been the easiest and most honest rental company we have ever rented from. They have always been very straightforward and honest with us. For over the last two years they have been very quick to respond for any maintenance needs, and they take care of any issues promptly. You won’t find better people in town to rent from!

Cliff Property management have been so amazing to rent from, been renting from them for 2 years now. They have always been so friendly and quick to respond if any issues arise. Having personally rented from a few different companies in Billings, they have been by far the best communicating all the odds and ends of renting.

Always professional to deal with and just good service overall. We stayed for 2 years before moving out of state and had 0 issues. Would recommend!
