I highly recommend Client’s First Property Management - I'd give them six stars if I could! The team is phenomenal and works together on all aspects property related. They managed my property in the metro Atlanta area for nearly 20 years, handling leasing, tenant communications, coordinating repairs as needed (quickly and efficiently), and communicating with the HOA. When a tenant decided to move out, they cleaned and prepped the property, showed it, and vetted new applicants. I don’t think the property ever sat vacant for more than 2 weeks. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Client 1st staff took good care of our property to be rented. They provided to the point details needed to be addressed to get the house rented at fair market value. They arranged through their vendors very reasonable pricing. They conducted very efficient coordination to get the house ready. Very friendly and available to communicate without any delay.

I went back to my call log and I called twice before 10:58am as you stated and I can provide a screenshot as well. And if she's able to respond and call my husband, she can absolutely have the time to reply back. Also she did not mention that you guys had weekend showings and I can provide screenshots as well if you'd like. An employee like Laurie should not have to lie to make herself look better. We found a better house with people who actually communicate ALL of their available times and who are actually interested in having someone rent a house out. This is a great company to work with. They are very polite and professional and if you ever have any issues in the home they’re great about addressing the issues as quick as possible. They’re a very straightforward, honest company. I would like to personally thank Sandra for all the great Communication. Sandra is a property agent who isn’t obligated to talk to you and help you while you stay at one of their properties, but if I ever had any questions, she was always there to answer my questions and help guide me in the right direction and I really did appreciate that. I have no complaints about this company they really did an overall good job. I definitely would recommend this property management company over the other ones out there.

Still waiting to hear if gutter cleaning has been arranged. Still waiting to hear if tenants have been apprised of how to control invasive English Ivy on property. Several emails have been sent to Clients First concerning these issues. No response so far.
