While I would hope that these folks were just doing their job as they saw it, it certainly came across to this seller as scare tactics. Which worked really well on the prospective buyers of my house. With them even threading me with a lawsuit for failure to disclose issues with the house. If the inspectors had asked questions instead of jumping to conclusions. This could have all been avoided and my house would now be sold. I would urge these inspectors to not jump to conclusions and seek answers to assumed issues. Or at least treat them as “possible” issues instead of “definite” Especially issues like a major sprinkler system leak which does not exist. There were other issues which were suspect but I will not mention them.

Kelli is amazing! She inspected our home. She was incredibly thorough, honest, and knows some much about homes. We will use her anytime we can and recommend her to everyone we know!
