Good Afternoon.This is a nice place to stay, but it's sad when I work an hour and a 1/2 away, and my daughter is crying.Because the people upstairs, theirs are stumping every night very hard.The manager Say she sent out letters for everyone, but this lady would not stop. It's a ongoing thing she stumps, very hard and she does it every single night. She looks me in my face and she laughed, but just don't know how serious I am about the stumping. I am so upset about this dumping. I just don't know what to do at this point, especially with me having to work. And my teenage daughter have to cry and put headphones on someone needs to do something directly, but obviously she's not getting it because she does it every night on purpose.
