We had to sell our place that was paid in full But the rent is ridiculous plus you have to pay extra for cable ‼️shame we had to move to $ for SS you need to work till you 80 to afford living there Electric gas, cable maintenance it’s ridiculous. Yes, the place is nice but it’s a shame.
Very nice place to live lot rental Very high, I you buy paying in full without paying mortgage payments will be okay, but paying for mortgage and lot rental plus utilities is to much for a senior living on Social security income it's way to expensive
I loved what I saw as I drove around....quiet and very clean. Kudos to the people that live there.
UPDATED 8/29/22: In the 3 years I've been here, the rent has gone from $730 a month to over $900. Not affordable any more. I wouldn't have moved here if I knew they could raise the rent like that. Been living here over a year now. Overall I'm very happy. It's quiet and people are friendly and the common areas are well maintained. The clubhouse is beautiful. A very nice affordable community.
Always trying to know all your business. Office staff bad mouths residents. Shows favoritism to certain people who are in the click, not a friendly place at all. Maintenance staff is not knowledgeable on all aspects of job duties but think they are.
