Clearwater Ridge Apartments

I loved the place because it was near my job , but what I can say this is the worst place you can ever rent or live , the managers are so bad , they tower cars without giving a warning , when it comes to money that is a big problem to them , I had went and requested for a visitor sticker and I returned it and they added money to my rent that I never returned it , how can you live in a place where they lock the garbage dumpsters , you have to keep your garbage at your door for days which is not sanitary, we had told them that we are moving out , now even when we haven’t returned the keys they have charged the locks of the door, and also we didn’t leave their for the month of October and they are saying that we have to pay , if you are really looking for the place to rent I would prefer you

I called today and spoke to a really unpleasant Asian man on the phone. His phone number is listed on the website for a reason, I called and simply said I have a couple questions on apartment availability? He replied that he was busy and hung up on me. I proceeded to call back and asked him why did he hang up, if he was busy that’s fine I understood but could we set up a later time to discuss my questions. He then replied with “No, I am busy and I don’t have time. Don’t call me back!” What!???? I have never been treated like this on the phone by management of Apartments, so unprofessional! WOW!

They towed 43 cars from the apartment complex last night. My partner and I just moved in a week ago. I had to register my car just filling out the application for this place. My own sticker was in my car however they told us they would give us a temp for my boyfriends car and never did. Every time you try to go to the office they’re gone or they’re closed. They say they’re open till six but at about 4 o’clock they leave. On Friday they towed 41 cars from the complex. The tow yard had a rude awakening when 15 different patrons were standing outside waiting for their car at 9am. The tow yard told us the landlord for Clearwater had asked them to tow some cars, they towed three. They then said management called and asked them to tow the list of cars they had. Thank god for reviews! Was really considering these apartments but the reviews and managements response are very telling! I will definitely take this place off my list. Visitors can only stay for 4 hours and they may get towed? Sounds stressful and not a way to live, she isn’t even acknowledging the racism accusations. Must be true, thanks for the reviews not coming here. The manager is responding to these reviews and sounds like a dictator. Putting all these folks on blast! Classy smh.

My daughter came over to bake Christmas cookies with me. And to spend the night. While we were sleeping at 3 am they had her car towed. The lease clearly reads that we can have guests for 72 hours before they do anything. My daughter wasn't even here for 24 hours. It's costing over 400 to get the car back. It's Christmas folks. Don't rent here whatever you do. . I'm 69 and should be able to have my children come to visit with me and bake cookies.im editing my review I was mistaken when I reread the contract it stated something different. But still it's Christmas and we have had guests spend the night before and their cars weren't towed away in the early morning hours while we slept. What they did was wrong.
