As a home builder and developer, these guys have excellent placement in terms of finding ideal locations for home buyers but they cut the corners in basically every other way otherwise. From a perceptual constancy this has occurred with just about every homeowner that I've talked to in the area, whether it's been undercutting the ducting capacity of AC/Furnace throughout the house by poor design as well as inadequate purchased supplies for the basic functioning needs of the home, misplacing basic craftsmanship materials such as loose or cheaply made nails/sheetrock throughout the house, or putting in low quality cabinets in every house they've done... I love their homes. I built in Wild Horse ranch and I loved working with Clearwater Homes. They have a vision of what makes a beautiful home and community. I am a builder myself and from what I have seen, they don't cut corners. What is most impressive is that if I ever have an issue, they take care of it promptly and follow up to make sure it gets done. I love that! I have referred friends to Clearwater and their experiences have been just as positive.

Well I bought a home in WILD HORSE RANCH and we have a problem with our fence that Clearwater homes is building next to mine their contractors put a 2" hole in my fence. I've tried calling MICAH and tried telling him what happened but haven't had a reply from him. When I finally got a reply he replied to me with this message .... [Carlos, have you seriously called me 4 times about a 2" hole in a Vinyl fence slat???? Let's do the math. at 21 per lineal foot, you are looking at about a 3 slat. Is it really worth even having a discussion about? Man, happy to drop a 5 in your mailbox if you really think our guys put the hole in your fence, but please don't get donuts get so optical and spend time on petty items. I know I don't have time for it, and don't think you do either!! ] .... really

They don't always like to finish what they start. The picture is from one community out in Stansbury Park. They started building, well, I'm not really sure what it is going to be. They started it the first of the summer. We haven't seen anything of them finish it in months. Literally, months.
