Clearwater Bay Apartments

Has been great so far ! Brianna has been extremely helpful and attentive. Maintenance is good. My only complaints would be the garbage that ends up in the pond as the ducklings and other birds try to eat it, the carpet that’s in the entryways is old and not appealing to the eye and I believe it would be best to just rid of it, also I would like to have a lock on the outside storage closets as anyone can hop over the deck railing and open it, would also be nice to have more than one lock on entry doors to the apartments , maybe some cameras around the properties as well for extra security and where my deck is located residents walk their dogs on the grass and let them relieve themselves in the ivy bushes and don’t pick up after them, maybe fencing that off would help that issue as well as I

Definitely NOT a place I would want to live. On the walk ways there was bird poop EVERYWHERE ! Had to watch every step that I took , it was so nasty and dirty ! There was also construction obviously going on with no caution tape letting people aware to watch out for the holes they had dug up . Just a nasty place to live in my opinion, won't be going back .

Filthy, overpriced, incompetent management and maintenance crew, place is falling apart. One maintenance problem after another, which it takes them upwards of 2 weeks to respond to. I'd say rent here only as a last resort, but there are much cheaper and far better places in town.

The two gals in the office are great, very helpful! The apartment its self is ok. Definitely out dated appliances, outlets are old and worn kind of a 70's look. Outside deck is pretty bad, rotted wood along the railing, holes in astro turf. I do appreciate the view of the pond

I personally love my apartment beautiful view in back and private. No problems with neighbors. Management wonderful she always there to address any issue promptly. Apartments stay pretty we’ll maintained. Love the pool area in summer also love not to many kids swimming😋relaxing. I have been her over 3 years hope more to come. Love that we have apartments back off from Main Street .I have no complaints always good to have good management ...thanks
