The apartments are beautiful, but the new management that took over is absolutely useless. Good luck getting anything done, calls returned, etc. The backyards are constantly filled with dog feces though you sign an agreement to pick it up when you pay the pet deposit, and the trash cans for dog feces sit for months without being changed. I’ve never had a worse experience with apartment management in my life.

I have been very hesitant to write the review because I believe there will be negative repercussions against me as a resident, but I am so disappointed in this property and the property manager(s). I have lived here since 2019 and loved this townhome & the manager at the time of move in. Since the newest property manager took over, it’s not been as great as the first year. Either there’s mass texts going out or they don’t respond at all. I have been very fortunate to not need anything. As of today 1/2/2023, I’ve only requested/needed maintenance twice. Both in summer 2021 for the AC not working. It was super hot outside and even hotter inside. The upstairs is absolutely unbearable. I had to ad a window unit. Even for the winter. I moved in here in 2017 & the management at the time was great. She was on top of your concerns, we didn’t have trash everywhere like we do now, and you never had to worry about stepping in animal feces when you go outside. New management took over I’d say early 2020 I believe and it has been absolutely horrendous since then. I am moving in less than 30 days and cannot be more excited to get out of here. Management does not return emails or phone calls. She does not enforce any of the rules stated in the lease and this place is going to continue to deteriorate. Do not move here! Spend the extra money and rent one of the newer townhomes one road over!

The application process was much easier than all other apartment companies that I have dealt with. Shannon F. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the leasing process and had me in my apartment in 6 days!!! I give Shannon and Clearview Commons my highest rating.
