CLEAR Property Management

I wanted to share an honest yet detailed review of my time here at Sunset Canyon Apartments. I toured the apartments a few times but never was allowed to tour my specific apartment that I was getting ready to move into . I was originally supposed to move on September 1st of 2022, and they informed me that my apartment won't be ready for another month. The day before my move in, they called me at 3:29 p.m. to tell me that my apartment will not be ready on October 1st, 2022. I had already made arrangements to move, had the Mover scheduled, even gave my final notice to the storage unit that I would be out on the 1st, and I had to demand that my apartment be ready by the 1st since I had already made Provisions for everything. I wasn't sure where to start, so I'll start right from the entrance.

I have problems with move in to apartment the jax San Antonio. I was supposed to move in on Friday, Dec 30. I actually got phone call from them that said can you come to pick up the key before 6 pm, I said ok. I got the key. After that, I went there. I saw a man in my apartment taking off the floor. He asked me who are you. I said this is my apartment. I went back to the office and told them that. They said we are sorry the apartment going to be done on Saturday I said ok. They said they would call me on Saturday when it was ready and no one did. I went on Saturday and I saw the apartment wasn’t ready. There is trash in the kitchen sink and many places aren’t clean, the stove is broken, there are many unfinished cspots in the apartment. I will attach pictures. I went into the office this m

I have had the absolute worst experience with this management company. Upon my move in to the Fitzroy, my apartment was never cleaned or prepared for move-in. While their leadership tried to make amends and adjust my monthly charges, the maintenance team failed to repair and clean my apartment to a decent standard. Even through my time there, any issues sent to the management email were never met with any follow through. Now, they have relinquished their oversight of my former apartment and have poorly overturned their documentation to the new management. The new management had no record of my move out, monthly ledgers, or my security deposit. I've had a fantastic experience living at my property managed by CLEAR Property Management. The team onsite is exceptional, always responsive and transparent. Our maintenance requests are handled professionally and quickly, and they communicate with me if there was a delay. We have such a beautiful remodeled clubhouse to enjoy and professionally done exterior paint to all of our buildings. I absolutely love the new striping done throughout the entire parking in the community. The attention to detail truly sets this place apart. Grateful for the positive living experience they are providing. Keep it up!

I wanted to share the professionalism, swiftness, and outstanding work done by one of the maintenance men Izzy! He was prompt and on time for replacing a valve in my apartment. He explained in detail what he was doing and what needed to be done. At the end of the job he also made sure I saw the work done and cleaned up after him self! Amazing guy! 10 thumbs up for having Izzy apart of CLEAR Property Management! Thank you
