Clear Pond

I'm really disappointed with the state of the ponds at Clear Pond. Blame falls on Meritage Homes being in charge of the development. Instead of being the beautiful, clear water features we were promised, they're often filled with trash and debris. It's such an eyesore and detracts from the overall appeal of the community. We deserve better attention to maintaining these spaces!

Great office to work with, with their first phase now selling. The on site agent helped answer specific questions for my clients, and the community has great amenities.

Live here. Nice neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Needs bigger amenities. Pool to small. And amenity center to small for the amount of houses here.

Pros are location and price. Cons include the shotty workmanship. We have found multiple problems with our new home, including holes in the roof and around the windows. Now, they will fix them since it is within warranty but that eats up so much of your time. Usually a fix takes two visits and I can't get over the feeling that they are scamming the warranty company. Management seems really shady, but only met them once. If you are set on the area I highly recommend a different builder.

Avoid moving to this stench filled place (landfill not far from your backyard, yea they don't put that in their pamphlets). Full of toxic people and retires that hate children.
