I just love my home. I have renewed my lease at market value. The property is clean and the staff has been just attentive to my requests of work orders. Great job Mrs Dawn, Mr Carlos and My Bob. Thank you!!

As well kept as the place looks it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anybody. I turned a application over a month ago. I have called multiple times no answer no call back. Nobody is ever in the office when I make the 45 minutes drive to talk to somebody. I was given a email by management to contact her I emailed her and never heard back. As I was leaving I stopped a current tenant and asked how to get in touch with management and her response was "good luck. Haven't seen her in about 2 months. I pay my rent in the box" This is not how you manage a place considering when I turned my app in I was given a time frame for a move in date, needless to say that's coming up real soon.

Wish I could had bit even out one star! Had to put at least one star! The place is the pits! Ghettosville!
