Clear Brook Apartments

Single handedly the WORST apartment I have ever rented from. In the one year that I lived there they didn't clean common areas once. Hallways, landings, etc. The laundry machined always smelled of mildew, and I had cockroaches in my apartment and hallways. Multiple things in my apartment broke during my 1 year stay. That they were extremely slow to fix. Heaters and a leak in the bathroom ceiling. They claim to be a secure building but that just means that they have door alarms that are loud no one responds to. Constant foot traffic in and out. Loud tenants, loud pets etc. Not a safe place to live. Couldn't recommend less.

I lived here for my sophomore year of college, and I loved it! Never had any issues with management, they were always wonderful! Jim the maintenance man is the best! Always kind and quickly responsive to come fix any issue I had. (which wasn’t many!) He was also very nice to my dog which I really appreciated. Neighbors were also super nice. I recommend this complex!

New Management has taken over these Apartments as of a few years ago. The remodel to these Apartments are absolutely incredible, I am truly amazed at the work that has been done here. New management is great! Helped me get into a really nice 1 Bedroom 1 Bath with deals they were having for new applicants. The price is perfect for the size, And may I add Maintenance on top of it? Any problem I've ever had has been fixed immediately same day if not the next day first thing. I had some issues with my Window, Maintenance is wonderful. Over all super nice apartments defiantly look into this place! I've enjoyed living here and will continue to do so.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Wish I could give negative stars. The management is absolutely disgusting on how they treat tenants. They had my car towed for expired tabs during covid then proceeded to lie to me about my vehicle. Also didn’t have updated information posted so I had no idea where my vehicle was. Had proof of purchased tabs waiting in the mail and I still had to pay $300 to get my car back. Also have a friend that lives here that is leaving because maintenance entered her apartment without permission and proceeded to use her toilet and not flush. I have had to call the police on neighbors at least once a week for domestic fighting and management does absolutely nothing. This place is horrible and they verbally harass tenants over the phone. I’ve heard nothing but horrible thing

I really enjoyed living here, the management is great and very helpful! The maintenance guy is super helpful and kind whenever we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex .
