Very poor quality "home" Leaking around the windows, and the roof. Worthless five year warranty that paid for nothing. Make sure to read the fine print in your contracts. I didnt. And I'm paying for it.

I've gone to several Clayton homes locations in my area with horrible experiences at all of them, EXCEPT for this location. Traci King is an absolute dream to deal with. Very informative and she absolutely wants your business in the most stress-free way possible. I'm so glad I came to this location aftery terrible experiences at the Belpre location specifically. HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU COME SEE TRACI IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A CLAYTON HOME IN THE SPUTHERN OHIO REGION. I cannot RECCOMEND enough.

Clayton Homes in New Lexington was absolutely amazing to work with. Traci specifically was so thorough and attentive. She listened to us and helped us figure what was best for us. While we ultimately went in another direction that worked for our situation better Traci was so supportive and helped us figure everything out. I would highly recommend them!
