As a person who purchased a house from this retailer and have been living in it since late August of this year I would like to believe I have an up to date opinion of here. 1.) I do not know how the other's are when it comes to the sales department but I highly recommend David Godsey as the person you should talk to. This man knows how to do his job and is extremely informative. . I know I was not the easiest customer when picking out a home because of everything I needed/wanted along with the fixed budget I was working with. . David stayed patient and very polite & informative the entire time. UPDATE! Our house settled a little bit and we got some stress cracks in the walls and ceiling(totally normal)….I spoke with Nikki at Clayton Homes, Tennessee and she scheduled us in for immediate repairs two days later!! We were so grateful to all of them for taking care of us right away!
