Clayton Gardens

I've been a tenant for a little over a year and I have no complaints. Everyone is friendly and the hallways and grounds are clean. Their on top of maintenance issues and letting everyone know a head of time when work, repair, and special events are happening. Dustin is a great manager. He had to help me with setting up my rental payments online. I lost my cool, but he always remained calm through my many questions. Clayton Gardens is a great place to rent an apartment from.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Clayton Gardens Apartments. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free. The property is well maintained with clean hallways, a quiet atmosphere, great water pressure, a laundry room with fully working washers and dryers, and a small gym. The residents are friendly, and I appreciate the convenience of having the option to split rent payments through Flex.

Dustin was very helpful during my whole move-in process and continues to be helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. Whenever I have any maintenance issues, Brian always has a can-do attitude and helps get to the bottom of problems and not just temporarily fix issues. Both individuals are very kind. It's quiet here and there's not much going on around the neighborhood which is great. If someone is looking for an affordable, well-sized 1-bed and 1-bath, I would recommend they consider Clayton Gardens as an option.

Trustworthy staff! I don’t know most of my neighbors, but those I know I hang out with them on a good day. From my experience, the animals are tame or the owners do their best to make sure no one gets hurt.

Move in was seamless. Questions are always answered promptly. We had a back up with the water one weekend during the storms. They quickly got someone out to flush out the back up.
