Clay Court Apartments

Absolutely HORRIBLE place to live! Becky the only person in the office is extremely rude and condescending. I lived there 2 years and nothing but a nightmare! Maintenance was good but anytime you had to call the office it was a whole ordeal having to leave multiple messages and she always had a bad attitude.

Where do I being. I have lived in the apartments for 5+ yrs. It is in the school district that my son has come up through all his friends go there so did not want to take him out of the district. In the past 3 yrs the rent has gone up over $300. They have not made any improvements to the apartment. The carpets was put in 30 yrs ago. There are cracks between the ceiling and walls (that I filled in with flex seal) more about why that was done later. Appliances are old if something breaks they bring you a replacement but it is something that is just as old. There was a leak in the roof that dripped on to our ceiling how did they fix it they painted over it. Then the replaced the tar on the roof 2 yrs later. Never addressed the mildew and mold on the ceiling. The overhang to our porch when i

Im a New move in, but will update as time passes. So far, I Highly recommend these apartments!!!! Great atmosphere of the property. Very clean grounds. The apartments are very large, nice updates, lots of storage. Becky, the property manager in the main office, is the NICEST and Most attentive office managers I have ever met! Their maintenance staff are friendly and speedy; came within minutes of my emergency phone call. Don't let False reviews scare you away!

Lived here for 3 years and got nothing but compliments Becky is rude and unprofessional found black mold and they just painted over it. Rent continues to go up and they took the pool away. There was a stabbing last year too in one of the parking lots. Not worth it for the amount to live here to be treated so terribly and for black mold to be just go untreated. Code enforcement will be contacted.

I have been living here for a few years now. The only negatives I have found is the neighbors and the rent is pretty high for me. Otherwise this place is great. Management has always helped me if i had an issue. the Maintenance crew is awesome even after hours they respond almost immediately. I am really impressed to see that today after a severe ice storm all the maintenance guys are out chipping all the ice off all the sidewalks and salting them (and we have some pretty damn thick ice here today). The rooms are pretty spacious except the kitchen is tiny. This is really quite a nice place to rent!
